Manisha Soie embarked upon her civil aviation career with leading domestic and international airlines, clocking thousands of operational flight hours across international sectors. Throughout her career, she noticed a recurring barrier: thousands of ambitious young students across India dreamed of donning airline uniforms, but fell short at the recruitment stage due to lack of authentic spoken English diction, grooming poise, and practical cabin knowledge.
Determined to democratize aviation careers, she established AVIS Aviation Academy in Gurugram. Under her direct stewardship, the academy has mentored and transformed hundreds of young men and women from both metropolitan cities and tier-2 towns into sought-after flight attendants, customer service managers, and airport operations officers.
